Trusted Nomad is a service for finding local specialists through Telegram. This policy explains what information may be used for search, local expert requests, service submissions and feedback.

Information you choose to share

This may include your Telegram account details, your location, the person or service you need, relevant context, recommendations you submit, and public professional contact details you choose to submit.

How information is used

• To understand and respond to your request.
• To find relevant recommendations.
• To prepare requested local expert support and provide support.
• To correct outdated service information and handle feedback.
• To prevent misuse and keep the service reliable.

When information is shared

Submit only professional service details intended for public use, or details you have permission to share. Personal information provided for a local expert request should only be shared as needed to fulfil that request and with appropriate permission. Information may also be handled by service providers needed to operate Trusted Nomad, or disclosed where the law requires it.

Storage and deletion

Information should be kept only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, or prevent abuse. You can ask to access or delete your information.

Advertising enquiries

The advertising form prepares an email in your browser. It does not automatically submit or save your answers. If you choose to send the email to hello@trustednomad.io, we receive the details you include and use them to respond to your advertising enquiry.

Telegram

Messages sent through Telegram are also governed by Telegram’s own terms and privacy practices. Trusted Nomad does not control Telegram’s systems.

Your choices

You can stop using the bot at any time, withdraw a request, report a listing, or ask that your personal information not be shared. Trusted Nomad does not sell personal information.
